- Account information — name, email address, password and role, provided when an account is created for you.

4. Third-Party Platform Connections
The Service allows you to connect third-party marketing platforms, including Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Business Profile and Meta (Facebook & Instagram). These connections are established only after you explicitly authorize them through each provider's secure OAuth consent flow. We access only the data necessary to provide the features you use, and only for as long as your authorization remains active. You may disconnect a platform at any time from within the Service.
5. Google User Data & Google API Services
When you connect a Google account or Google Business Profile, Genix CRM accesses Google user data through official Google APIs, subject to your OAuth consent. We use this data solely to provide and improve the features you request — for example, retrieving campaign metrics, analytics, search performance, and Business Profile information, insights and reviews for the locations you manage.
Limited Use Disclosure. Genix CRM's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Specifically, in relation to Google user data, we affirm that we:
- Only request access to the scopes necessary to deliver the features you use;
- Do not use Google user data for serving advertisements;
- Do not sell Google user data or transfer it to third parties except as necessary to provide or improve the Service, to comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger or acquisition;
- Do not allow humans to read Google user data unless we have your consent, it is necessary for security or to comply with law, or the data is aggregated and anonymized;
- Store Google user data securely and delete it upon disconnection or account deletion, or on request.
6. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers who help us operate the Service (such as hosting and infrastructure providers) under appropriate confidentiality obligations, with users within your own organization according to their assigned roles, or when required by law.
7. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Data obtained through connected platforms is deleted when you disconnect the platform or delete your account, subject to any legal retention requirements.

We implement technical and organizational measures — including encryption in transit, access controls and secure credential storage — to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
